Dr. Lori DiBacco listened to what I had to say and said to me she’d help guide me to a more healthy body… I’ve followed her advice word for word and in 5 months I’ve never felt better… I tell everyone that will listen about Dr. Lori DiBacco and the WNHA. H.K.M
Naturopathic doctors are experts in natural and integrative medicine.
A Doctorate in Naturopathic medicine is obtained at a four-year medical school and includes both classroom and clinical training. In order to become licensed, naturopathic doctors are required to pass a series of Board exams just like a medical doctor. And, while they are trained to diagnose and treat patients with conventional methods, naturopathic doctors often choose to treat patients with an eclectic blend of therapies.
Naturopathic doctors treat the whole person.
When practicing naturopathy, a doctor treats the patient as a whole, considering all aspects that may contribute to illness or prevent healing. Naturopathic doctors educate and empower their patients to prevent disease through healthy lifestyle choices and natural interventions. Naturopathic treatment can work alone or together with other approaches.
Conventional medical treatments mostly involve drugs and surgery, naturopathic doctors know there is another way.
Naturopathic doctors have been trained in a variety of therapeutic tools including vitamins, herbal medicines, clinical nutrition, homeopathy, counseling, acupuncture, pharmacology, and physical medicine.
